PROJECT ENGINEERS FOR BULACAN, PAMPANGA, QUEZON CITY, PASIG, MAKATI, PASAY, ALABANG, CEBU AND DAVAO
Duties & Responsibilities:

• The key responsibility for this position is to plan, organize, supervise and implement all construction activity to be carried out on the project in compliance with contract documentation, project plans, and Company policy and project requirements.
• Lead project teams and control project schedule, cost, and performance.
• Ensure completion of project within approved schedule and within budget
• Responsible to a particular assigned project and manages the day to day operation of project assigned.
• Reports directly to the Project Manager / Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering; License is required
• With at least 2-4 years of work experience in mass housing and land development in a real estate industry or in same capacity in a construction firm.
• With supervisory skills in manning construction personnel
• Diligent, hardworking and can work with minimum supervision
• Knowledgeable and Familiar with Microsoft Programs, Autocad, Staad
• Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgment, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanor
• Able to make effective presentations to diverse groups
• Good mathematical skills
• Male/Female 25-35 years old
• Physically and Mentally Fit
