• Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of machines such as:
- Printing press machines (offset, die cut cylinder, manual/ automatic cutter, perfect binder and more).
- Other industrial machines (screw press, mechanical press, hydraulic press, furnace, planar, wax injector, plastic injection machine, milling, lathe, gear hobber, surface & cylindrical grinder, etc.)
• Electric motor and transformer rewinding
• Convert 3 Phase machine to single phase
• Fabricate 3 Phase converter (single to 3 Phase)
• Design and install electrical controls for manufacturing base on concepts or functions you desired
• Accept mechanical parts machining and fabrication
• Fabricate jigs and fixtures
• Or any Kaizen or process improvement to maximize your machine efficiency, increase productivity and quality.
