Air-Tec, a U.S. based principal with a CAD STATION based in Lipa City, Batangas is in need of PIPING ESTIMATOR for Air Conditioning and some Heating hot water; all of the below skills are for Air Conditioning and Heating. No plumbing estimators are wanted, please do not apply.

CHILLED WATER PIPING
>Copper pipe with Sil-Fos, up to 3"
>Steel pipe threaded, welded, or Victaulic up to 30",
>Refrigerant piping up to 250 tons, familiarity with single condensing units serving multiple air handlers.
>A high percentage of "Engineered" bid documents today do not have the pipe sizes indicated, thus familiarity with pipe sizing is a must.
>Estimates for Mechanical Equipment rooms including setting of Chillers, boilers and pumps, etc., and the piping connections required.

Pay commensurate with experience and production.
