Hey Guys!, we are opening our doors to a great profession for 20 Recruitment
Specialist even w/o recruitment background (willing to undergo training)


Qualifications:

-atleast 18 years old
- Good in English communication Skills
- Willing to work as a team/individual
- HS or College Under grad accepted and any course is accepted as long as the
candidate is a strong performer
-Hardworking, reliable and organized


Job Responsibilities:

-Sourcing high quality candidates
-Conducts and phonescreens applicants
-Coordinated with the sourcing team regarding pool status
-Condusts job offer and discuss the realistic job preview to identified candidates
-Ensures that applicants qualifications are properly matched with the job requirements

In addition to what's started above, we're looking for an independent person who likes to meet new people, knows the market/industry, and has new ideas on how to reach more people/applicants. He/She needs excellent English communication skills as constant
