RESEARCH CLIENT SERVICE MANAGER FOR PASIG
• Graduate of Statistics or Communications Research Statistics
• Has at least 3-5 years experience in data analysis either from a research, media, manufacturing or advertising company
• Has exposure in research most especially in the application of statistical analysis methods and tools to explain data trends and findings
• Shall be responsible for the following functions:
1. Conceptualization and implementation of new analysis and data tracking techniques
2. Exploration and testing of proprietary softwares special / new analysis variables in preparation for client launch
3. Documentation of data coverage and parameters, research processes andworkflows and their regular update
4. Conduct of Research Briefing sessions for internal clients
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Maintain an accurate, complete, up-to-date and insightful client business profiles to be shared with senior management
• Drive client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations or business reviews and also by providing value-added analyses and response to special requests
• Ensure the generation of required revenue from the assigned client portfolio and proper contract costing in order to meet the agreed budget targets
• Identify and recommend enhanced and new services that answer clients' business needs
