Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC, in partnership with Optimum Source, Inc. since 2008 is expanding and looking for a hardworking and competitive Outbound Sales Account Executive to help grow their business while earning uncapped commissions.

Who is Euromoney?
Founded in 1969, and is listed on stock exhanges in London and Luxemborg. They are world's leading organiser of conferences, exhibitions and training courses. (example: Philippine Investment Forum 2014, 20th Anniversary Coaltrans Asia in Bali, Indonesia, Aluminum Conference, etc.)

Responsibilities:
 Attend events briefing, discuss, evaluate and respond to delegate’s request.
Interacted with clients, reports various call trends and recurring issues.
Uphold the highest standards of quality service to satisfy the client’s need.
Book delegates to different events or seminars.
Send email reminder, make follow – up calls and resolve customer issues.
Coordinate with Marketers and logistics department about the client’s inquiries.
Provide customers with service information.
Complete call logs and reports.
Meet call targets and revenues.
Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
Sets and meet performance targets of speed, quality and efficiency.
Assess areas of improvement to maintain long-term business relationship.

Should have at least 2 yrs experience in outbound telesales and telemarketing.
With experience in B2B setting an advantage.
Excellent oral and written skills.
Demonstrate the ability to carry on conversation with "C level" executives and decision makers.
Looking for a stable job and career and wants to earn a lot of commissions.
