Job Description
General Responsibility: will be responsible for the overall sales achievement of sales budget and development of market channels for institutional accounts in assigned area. Specific Responsibilities:
• Achievement of monthly sales target;
• 100% achievement of area coverage plan
• 100% development of targeted area channels accounts
• Must be able to do telemarketing activities
• Must prepare consistently weekly sales call plan
• Able to monitor inventory of stocks consistently
• Must be capable to prepare sales proposals and communicate frequently with customers
• Must achievement 100% collection targets and manage accounts receivable
• Must be able to achieve cost to sales targets
• Must provide weekly sales reports to immediate superior and constant feedback
Job Specification
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position but fresh graduates will be considered;
• Applicants must be willing to work in East Manila and West Manila areas;
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in sales Corporate or equivalent.
• Above average communication skills, both oral and written
• Must be proactive, high initiative, resourceful and aggressive;
• Must have computer skills specially in Microsoft office application;
• Familiar with the assigned area
• Will be reporting to Alabang office but will be given assigned areas in East Manila or West Manila Areas;
• Must have high degree of integrity and honesty
• Aggressive but with a lot of social skills
• Willing to do field work and can cope with the demands of the job
*Ages 23 to 35 years old
